Help & F.A.Q.
What
is Poker On Tour? - In short our name says it all. We are a poker
event reporting service for multiple participating poker rooms and local
leagues for both online and live games currently in a 12 month per season
span. Our leader board solution offers both card rooms and local leagues
independent reporting which can be viewed independently
on their own board within our system. The independent results are then
taken a step further and calculated in to our overall interactive leader
board system. (see about ranks).
What
eligible events are covered? - Since our point structure is based
on rank and player field per event just about any event will meet our
criteria by request. This is why we coined the phrase: "You're
All In". During our early launch days we are only reporting
The Final Table of events participating.
What
are the players benefits? - Recognition with a great brand and program.
Amateurs can also rub shoulders with the pro's on the leader board since
we base scoring on the same level and the general rules of poker are
all the same no matter what stakes of the game are reported. This is
why again we coined the phrase: "You're All In".
What
are the poker room and local league benefits? - Marketing of your
brand and sponsors within our leader board and recognition of your players
that represent you.
I
play at several online networks or multiple tours can I combine accounts?
- At this time no. We look forward to a future solution to offer this
option. Right now our mission is to search for the top tournaments players
with the card room or local pub league they represent.
What is network reporting? - Most online rooms operate as a partner
skin of a main network. Poker On Tour will report by network or top
level card room. Local live tours such as "Pub League Venues"
are reported as one network over their local venues they host.
Note: Default page is set to column Rank
which is based on Overall Points. Not Winnings.
Explanation of leader board column headers: click to sort
1) Rank - A players point rank in overall statistics and in overall
by poker room / league. Rank (R) is based on points earned.
2) Screenname - Poker room account screenname or real name from live
events.
3) PokerRoom (network) / Local League - Name and link of the room /
league a player represents.
4) Latest pts. Earned - Most recent points reported from last event
played. Only displays current month. If blank, means no points reported
for the current month
5) Overall Points - All time season points. Jan 1st - Dec.31st.
6) Winnings - All time season winnings. Breakdown of earnings and events
in pop up window.
7) Rank Gain + / - Loss (Position Trends)
- A numeric graph of players fluctuation of overall rank from last points
reported in comparison with other players overall standings. If a players
falls in to a negative numeral then the player was out weighed with
points from their rivals. If a player is not reported the trend is blank
until the following month reported again.
